Who Are We?
The Steyning & District Business Chamber is an independent membership organisation which provides a platform for the business community in Steyning and surrounding areas to grow and achieve success.
What We Do?
We are advocates for our members; representing their interests by working in conjunction with a number of local groups, such as the Steyning and District Community Partnership and Horsham District Economic Development team to ensure that the voices of businesses in the area are heard.
Our members create a powerful knowledge platform. We encourage the experience, skill, and talent in our local business base to work together, combining knowledge to help not only each other, but the Steyning community as a whole.
We host a number of networking events throughout the year, ideal to meet and connect with our members face to face, as well as supporting community events such as the Steyning Farmers Market, Steyning Food & Drink Festival and the Country Fair. The Chamber organises and runs the Christmas in Steyning event each year.
This year we have exciting new plans for both a Jobs Fair and Small Business Market, keep an eye out on social media and our newsletter for upcoming information.

The
Committee
The Chamber Executive Committee is a democratically elected group of volunteers that proudly serve the Chambers business base. Representatives from the Chamber meet regularly to discuss actions, events and issues experienced by our members and the local community as well as meeting with various groups and local government bodies to discuss any issues of interest that may be applicable to Chamber members. It is important for the Chamber to continue to grow, and we encourage members with fresh ideas to share them with the Committee.
